The message boards and Internet sites are buzzing that another player, specifically Greg Walker from Playa Del Rey in California has committed. Scout.com has him listed as a 1-star S/OLB at 5-foot-11, 200-pounds and runs a 4.5.

Like Jordan Polk who just committed to the UW yesterday, seems a little on the small side, especially for a linebacker, though his speed seems up to par.

I'm not as concerned about this pickup as I am about Polk as I think linebackers and safeties can be coached up. The skill positions, QB, RB, WR, CB are the critical spots where you need to get the top tier talent. That is what gets you into bowl games.

A solid close for Ty and his staff. The past week or so from the bye week has allowed Miles and team to work the recruiting trail which looks like is paying dividends. Lets hope by signing day in February we will have closed the top in-state recruits as well.
