Things to look forward to in 2008:
The prospect of signing a Defensive Coordinator that is actually competent and puts his players on the field prepared to make plays.
A young, but when healthy, exciting nucleus on our basketball team. They may not win it all this year, but I think we are definitely on the ascent and could surprise some people come March.
A cornerstone recruiting class that may not turn things around under Willingham, but at least gives us some hope for the future.
Finally, my favorite: Having the opportunity to watch Jake Locker suit up in the purple and gold as he continues to drive opposing defenses crazy. He is only going to develop his game and get better with time.
Let's hope for a very Happy Husky New Year.
